Terms of Service

Authenticity. Every watch we sell is guaranteed authentic. As a pre-owned dealer, we describe each piece's condition honestly based on hands-on inspection.

Independent authentication. Every watch we sell is authenticated in-house and guaranteed authentic. Want a second opinion? We'll send any watch to Bennison Watch Repair or Watch Central for independent authentication — you cover their fee. Just ask before purchase and we'll arrange it.

Pricing & payment. All prices are in USD and reflect the standard credit card price. We accept bank wire, Zelle, major credit cards, and cryptocurrency through Kettle Pay (USDT and USDC). Pay by bank wire or Zelle and take a 4% discount, applied at invoicing. Cryptocurrency payments are priced at the wire price and must show as settled in our account before the watch is handed over or shipped. We may also request a copy of your ID, card and signed authorization form.

Card refunds. If a watch purchased by credit card is returned under our 3-business-day return policy, the refund is issued to the original payment method, less (a) the actual, nonrefundable card processing fees incurred by The Watch Vault for the transaction, which will not exceed the fees actually charged to us and not refunded by our payment processor, and (b) the actual cost of the complimentary outbound shipping, unless we agree in writing to waive it. These deductions are disclosed as part of the original purchase terms. Refunds are not calculated at the discounted bank wire/Zelle price.

Damaged, incorrect or misrepresented items. Our 3-business-day return window and the deductions applicable to voluntary returns do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law if a watch arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is materially different from its listing. Please contact The Watch Vault promptly if you encounter one of these issues.

Sales tax. Oklahoma sales tax applies to orders shipped to an Oklahoma address and will be added at checkout.

Warranty. Every watch includes a 30-day mechanical warranty from the date of delivery.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
